In this project SCS Weiterbildungskolleg Mönchengladbach is the Lead partner. In the meantime the online plattform with a lot of good practices and tools is online. You can subscribe for the newsletter, you can take part colleting best practice, you find an online mobility handbook. SMART - Second Chance Schools Working with Systematic Measurement of Outcomes is a project funded by the European Commission in the framework of Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Strategic Partnerships for Adult Education.
The SMART project aims to create a quality measurement system for second chance education and providers of non-formal and informal learning so as to enable them to evidence their success factors, enhancing the quality and relevance of learning offers in education, training and youth work.
