Mr Dr. Guilherme Pinto, Major of Matosinhos in Portugal as President. As Vice President Mr Thomas Idenas from the City of Norrkoeping in Sweden was elected. Treasurer is Mr Jan Andreasen from the City Council Copenhagen. Other members are Ms Krisztina Horvat from FSZK Budapest in Hungary, Ms Céline Daclin from the French Second Chance School in Chambéry and Mr Reinhold Schiffers from Mönchengladbach.
